DELIVERY TIMELINE: 3 to 5 Working Days

Perfumes are generally transported by road as they are classed as hazardous goods due to their alcohol content. We use a courier service to deliver your purchase. So depending on your location within India, it generally takes between 5 to 7 working days, and sometimes it can take up to 10 working days.


Wagenlov strives to give you a completely hassle-free shopping experience each and every time! We assure you that all products sold on the Wagenlov website are brand new and 100% genuine. In case a product received by you is 'Damaged', 'Defective', or 'Not as described', our Returns & Cancellations policies have got you covered.

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain a request number from our customer service department at We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our items unless they were received as ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as described’. In such circumstances, we require the following information to process your return:

3. Address
4. Phone Number
5. E-Mail Address
6. Packaging Slip
7. Order Confirmation Receipt
8. Your reason for return(along with photo/video showing damage/defect) Please note that if the above information is not included, we won't be able to process your return.

In case an item is undelivered, unclaimed or returned due to customer issues; shipping charges will not be refunded.

You can cancel your order if the product has not been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
